Information that our clients process within our platforms belongs to them, and we handle it under our agreement with them. For products deployed on a client's own infrastructure, such as Kookaburra, that data stays on the client's systems and is not sent to us.

We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, and we design our systems with security in mind.
Retention
We keep personal information only for as long as we need it for the purposes described here, or as required by law, and then take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.
